Where? There is only two Debian 10 installers and instructions, what to do. But i do not see any real MintPPC images.

You mean, there will be no more separate MintPPC images?

Concerning Microwatt I only found this one from Twitter. There are also no CPUs yet, just an FPGA implementation.

But maybe something will appear soon. But it sounds more like POWER10.

I guess POWER10 will be released in 2022 at the earliest. It says 2021, but because of the COVID.

Well, considering the vast performance of POWER9, it does not really matter if there will be a year delay. Even then, only very-very performance-sensitive systems would profit from POWER10, supercomputers, very large clusters, etc. Or maybe not, but for desktop, even the POWER9 will be more than enough for a few more years.
