Yes and Fedora 31 will be maintained until four weeks after the release of Fedora 33. Which means until Ende of November 2020, I guess.

You can't do it for everyone with this list. PowerPC has disappeared from the desktop for almost two decades now. There is not much left except Linux and BSD.
I think there are enough people who like this list.
