Az, hogy javitasokat vegzett a checkdisk, de utana meg dob egy hatast boot szektor iras hibara nyilatkozva. Az SD-rol annyit kell tudni, hogy nem lehet se formazni, se irni ra, csak olvasni lehet rola.

Azt nem mondtad, hogy nem írható. Mondjuk akkor nem az a gáz, hogy a boot sectort nem tudja kiírni, hanem, hogy szerinte módosításokat tudott végrehajtani.

Hello.

I have updated CentOS to 7.7 and i have labelled the PPC64 images as POWER7 images, thanks for noting.

I have also added the current Void setup. It is really amazing, how much stuff they've managed to port and fix. It seems, it can truly take the place of Debian and Ubuntu on PowerPC. Too bad, there is no Trinity port, or at least KDE3.

I have updated Arch too.

As for OpenSUSE, i know 15.1 is more recent, the date shows it. As for the version number, i can't help it, if they labelled it this way. SUSE Tumbleweed is interesting, i have added a new entry for it.

Thanks for the update. I can assure, you do not bothered us, you are always welcome here. Have fun (and luck) with CentOS 7.7 on your Blackbird.

Wow, that is good news indeed, but which GTK port is it? I hope GTK2, because GTK3 is sluggish even on x86.

I heard about it, but i did not know, that PPC is a target platform for it. That's good news, the Pale Moon guys did a great job, so i assume ArticFox will be also very good.

I heard about the PowerISA going opensource a very long time ago, but what could we do with it? FPGA-based solutions are much slower than real CPU-s and making ASIC out of it is not an option for most users.

Looks nice. It seems, IBM bought RedHat with a reason. I hope they will terminate systemd. :))) Maybe the IBM purchase is the reason, that a lot of new PPC Linux distros has emerged this year? Situation was dire last year, when i made an "inventory" about still aliving BE PPC Linuxes. And now, it looks much brighter.
