Thank you for this detailed overview! It is difficult to keep track with all of their changes. You put a lot of work in it. Even as a long-term PPC user I do not know all of them.
I found some information that could be updated if you find some time.
The latest version of MorphOS is 3.12. This is current for all systems, starting from PowerUP on 68k Amiga to G5 PowerMacs. It is available for download for all but PowerUP boards. Those are currently at 1.4.5.
So whenever a new release comes out, it runs on all these. One ISO updates them all.
All updates from MorphOS 2.x to 3.x are free, so people who use the last version prior to G5 support (which is MorphOS 2.7) can update to 3.12 or newer by simply downloading and installing it. This means that in theory the line:
"MorphOS 2.7 2010.12.02. Amiga Y S N Generic and Efika"
is not needed. Only if you want to show that there was version once that did not support G5, but then you could also list those that did not support PowerMacs in general.
Version 1.4.5 is listed with "Exists":
"MorphOS 1.4.5 2005.08.20. Amiga N S N Exist"

See that this is all on the official page of the team: it is a subdomain of https://www.morphos-team.net . The PowerUP version is not shareware but freeware. You can update that flag.

On the other page ?laszt=0 you call it "Morph OS" with a whitespace inbetween, but the proper name is "MorphOS".
