Ennyire eldurvult a helyzet?

Lehet rosszul emlékszem, de mintha 5 éve még ki lehetett volna kapcsolni és úgy is maradt.
Lehet, mostmar nem tudod ugy kikapcsolni legalisan, hogy ugy maradjon. Vannak trukkozesek, mint group policy, de mar az is egy orosz rulett mikor lesz "kipatchelve" ha esetleg meg nincs.

Aztán lehet keverem valamivel. Pl. a SmartScreen-nel.
A SmartScreen az fullon kikapcsolhato, azt nem is varialtak amiota behoztak IE7-tel.
